(1)Sodium gluconate has obvious coordination effect

Suitable for molybdenum, silicon, phosphorus, tungsten, nitrite and other formulations, due to coordination effect, corrosion inhibition effect greatly improved.

(2) The inhibition rate increases with the increase of temperature

With the increase of temperature, the inhibition rate of general corrosion inhibitor decreases, or even completely loses its effect. But sodium gluconate on the contrary, corrosion inhibition rate in a certain range with the increase of temperature, such as carbon steel and other materials in the test, the temperature from 77℃F to 120℃F, its buffering rate increased by 5% on average. So the strange properties of sodium gluconate, for higher temperature system or from low temperature to high temperature system, as corrosion inhibitor is very ideal.

(3)Strong capacity of scale inhibition

It has strong complexation ability for calcium, magnesium and iron salts, so it has strong scale inhibition ability, especially excellent chelation for Fe3+, and even has a role in the whole PH range.
